Wow! Gangnam Station has truly redefined my expectations for Korean BBQ. From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The food is absolutely incredible. The quality of the meat is top-notch--tender, flavorful, and perfectly marinated. Each bite was a delight, and the variety of cuts offered was impressive. We particularly loved the short ribs and pork belly, which were cooked to perfection right at our table. The side dishes were plentiful and delicious, offering a wonderful range of flavors and textures that complemented the BBQ perfectly. The cucumber kimchi, in particular, stood out with its perfect balance of spice and tanginess. The service was exceptional. Our servers, Ryan and Sam were attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and ensuring our grill was always at the right temperature. The staff's attentiveness made us feel well taken care of throughout our meal. The ambiance was lively and fun, making it a great spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. In short, Gangnam Station exceeded all our expectations. All you can eat marinated grilled meat and yummy banchan surrounded by chatty friends while cooking your food over a shared meal, what's not to like? Make it a good price and they will come! Contemporary simple and clean decor made Gangnam Station Korean BBQ a definite stop while in town. Service was just ok but I get it, they got super busy after our arrival. I had to repeat my asks a few times for things we needed. I'll come here again. I'd like to try other KBBQ places but this one was good!

Gangnam Station Korean BBQ completely exceeded my expectations! The price here is amazing compared to other KBBQ AYCE spots. They offer three different options, so you can customize your feast to fit your appetite and budget. I went for the B menu, which boasts a whopping 50 items!!! The quality of the meat was absolutely top-notch, especially the bulgogi and marinated short rib. The service was fantastic! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They kept changing our grill, which helped make cooking our meat a great experience. The atmosphere at the restaurant was another highlight. The place was well-ventilated, which is a HUGE plus for a Korean BBQ joint. The vibe was fun and energetic, perfect for a night out with friends.

Ventilation is prob the best I've ever encountered at a KBBQ spot. We walked out not wreaking of kbbq. Slight tinge, at most. (Bring a light jacket if you get cold easily) Menu A: Brisket, wagyu beef belly (more fatty), short rib (marinated), wagyu beef belly with picante sauce are our go to's. I asked to have the picante sauce on the side because it was a bit spicy for me but my bf loved it. We tried the sirloin steak - it was ok. Personally wouldn't get it again. Saw a lot of people going to the self bar and getting the bulgogi, we did not. Not the traditional sauces but it was very good nonetheless. The chimichurri sauce was good with the steak. Sides were good as well (though, no potato salad). Shin ramen - you cook at the end because they change out the grill to a bowl. It was good and spicy. Service was wonderful first time: very attentive. Second time was good but had to wait a little longer for our meats to come out. They were constantly changing your grill which is nice. Wait time can get long. For 2 people at around 9pm, we have waited 45 mins and 15 minutes another day so it varies. I called to see what the current wait time was the second time around. Open til 2am so a great option for late night eats.

Wonderful and super helpful staff, TJ the manager was super friendly and helped us figure out what to order! Food was fantastic, staff was top tier, and will be coming back again and again! Really recommend if you are trying to look for an affordable and delicious spot for KBBQ!

MY GO-TO KBBQ IN OC (and its open super late- 2am, perfect for after an event) They have many tables, all inside. I have gone various times in the day as well but never waited more than 30 mins. How it generally works is they have 3 tiers of menu. All menus have an meats your order and meats you self serve from the sation in the middle. I am super satisfied with Menu A (29.99) as it includes all the meat I would get but would love to try the other menus another time! If you're happen to be looking for kbbq late at night (11pm-2am Sun-thurs) or for lunch (10am-4pm mon-thurs) happy hour price is 28.99 and 24.99! I love to do rounds of the wagyu beef belly, beef brisket, and thick pork belly(self-serve). Please try the beef belly with picante sauce as well (actually spicy). I recommend ordering some spicy cold noodles or naengmyeon (not spicy at all) to cleanse your pallete from all the meats. It's worth the extra 9.99 and is shareable! Don't forget to ask for some sssamjang (dipping sauce) and garlic to really complete your palate! If you're curious about the Caribbean beef brisket- it just has american barbeque sauce on top. If you close your eyes, it tastes like McD nuggets with bbq sauce. A fun try for me! xD

Came here after Knott's pretty late at night, Sunny helped us she was great, place was clean and the food was yummy
